Join us at our first south London Queer Platonic Coparenting event.

• 3-4pm: Come and hear from Dr Rebecca Jennings, an academic who has uncovered the history of same-sex parenting between 1945 and 2010 in Britain and Australia. You’ll then be able to ask Rebecca questions, and then you’ll hear a brief explainer from the Queer Platonic Coparenting team on what our group aims to do.
• 4-5pm: Meet other people interested in queer platonic coparenting. We’ll set up three tables, one for people who are confident they want to coparent, one for people who are interested in the idea and are still deciding, and one for people who want to talk about family models more generally. You can move between the tables throughout the hour.
