TRE® Tension Trauma Releasing Exercises with Andy

TRE® is a set of simple, safe exercises that enable the body to access and release deep tension, stress and trauma patterns from the body.  The exercises safely activate the natural and innate reflex of vibrating/tremoring/shaking in the muscles to release tension and calm the nervous system. When this movement happens in a safe and controlled environment, the body can find its way back into balance. 

TRE®’s muscle vibrations and shakes generally feel pleasurable and soothing.  After doing TRE®, many people report feelings of peace and well-being. 

TRE® is a self-help tool that can be used as needed throughout life, continuously supporting and promoting health and wellbeing.

Classes are on Wednesdays in person at 5.45pm in Soho and online on Sundays at 8pm. Classes last about 50 minutes. 

Please bring a rolled up towel and bottle of water and wear warm clothes. 

Tickets are available for individual classes or as a course of 6 sessions which must be used within 8 weeks of booking. 

Andy Butterfield has been working with the body in the support of his clients health and wellbeing for over 15 years. His tools include shiatsu, meditation, reiki, yoga, tantra, somatic movement therapy and trauma coaching and recovery.
