💗 Queer salsa drop in classes for beginner’s and improver’s every Tuesday March & April 💗

We’ve got two new Latinx-led venues. Please check the schedule to see which one as we are mixing it up to offer options for more people across London.

20:00 – 21:00 Improvers
21:00 – 22:00 Social Dancing 

£12 = 1 class + social dancing
You can try 2 classes for an extra £3 on the day

With credit packs you can make it slightly cheaper and by booking on there it helps us to manage capacity.

However, we will be taking card payments and cash OTD for any last minute / non-committal bbs 😘

About the classes

In both classes you will be learning cross body salsa. You will be asked to pick whether you want to lead or follow. You don’t need to bring a dance partner as you will be dancing with the whole group.

The beginner’s class will cover the basic step, side step and the right hand turn. Depending on the level we may also cover things like the cross body turn.

In the improver’s class we will be covering different routines. For this level you will need to be able lead / follow a right turn, left turn, cross body turn and double travelling right turn. (If this doesn’t mean much to you we suggest you give the beginner’s class a go first!)

The social dancing is an opportunity to hang out have a drink and practice what you have learnt.

Who can attend

Anyone is welcome to join our salsa courses and drop in classes as long as you respect that this is a space for queer people to learn and enjoy salsa.
