Clandestina Queer Comedy April Edition

Join Clandestina Queer Comedy on Thursday 4th of April for an incredible night of women, trans, and enby-led lineups celebrating comedy and queerness! 

 

We have five award-winning standup comedians, who will all light up the stage at the iconic venue: The Divine (formerly The Glory).

 

Show doors open at 7:30 pm: Grab a drink and join us downstairs in the performance space for the lols (there will also be a bar in operation during the show)

 

The show starts at 8 pm

The Lineup:

  • Sumi: Finalist of Funny Women Stage Award 2023. BBC New Comedy Award nominee. MCA alumni. Winner: Queerovision and Beat the Frog. ‘Su Mi is one to watch’ (Josie Long). Follow her on IG.
  • Derek Mitchell: Actor & Comedian as seen on Ted Lasso. 2023 Leicester Square Sketch Off Finalist. His character sketches across Instagram, TikTok and Twitter have amassed millions of views and a dedicated following. Follow him on IG
  • Kathy Maniura:  Funny Women Semifinalist 2020. Sketch Off Winner 2020. Her show OBJECTIFIED is currently touring around the UK. Follow her on IG 
  • Charlie George (MC): LGBTQ New Comedian of the Year 2019. So You Think You’re Funny & Funny Women Awards runner up 2019 & Leicester Square New Comedian Award & Pride’s Got Talent finalist 2018. Charlie has performed stand-up on BBC Asian Network Live and the BBC’s No Country for Young Women Podcast. She co-wrote the Netflix mockumentaries “Death to 2020” & “Death to 2021”. Follow her on IG.
  • Victoria Olsina: Runner up  Funny Women Stage Award 2023. As seen on The Guardian, Time Out, and Gay Times. Winner of LGTBQ+ New Comedian of the Year. Britain’s fav Argentinian lesbian comedian and Priti Patel’s secret crush. As seen on Next Up Shorts & The Guardian. Shortlisted for the BBC New Comedy Award 2022. Follow her on IG.
