Queer Edge provides inclusive safe spaces for London’s queer community, irrespective of age, gender or sexual orientation.

We have been throwing queer parties on the first Friday of every month, filling the gap between a bar and a rave, since we launched Summer 2023. Through this experience we have been listening to the crowd’s feedback and identifying the wants of our community. 

From this, the idea of QE LIVE was born; a new queer live music night in Hackney Wick celebrating the talent of our local queer artists, whilst providing a hangout that is less ravey, more “wholesome” (famous last words), hosted at Nico’s Cocktail Bar on the riverside at Hackney Bridge. 
 

To make it easy to remember and aligning with the schedule of our clubnights, our new queer live music night will be on the same day each month; the last Wednesday, designed as the perfect hump day, mate and date spot. 

Queer Edge has been operating a pay-what-you-can admission system so everyone can afford to join in the fun, keeping inclusivity at the heart of what we do. That said, we respectfully ask if donations for QE LIVE could please start from a tenner, to help us cover what’s going to be a spectacular evening, whilst capacity is much smaller than our regular parties and the line up much bigger. Whilst this remains less than half of your average live music night  ticket, if it is too expensive please message us, as accessibility remains one of the most important values to us. We also offer pay-it-forward tickets on our website for those feeling generous. 

So bring your crew, your energy and your true identity for some incredible live music… We’re here to celebrate self-expression & freedom for both our artists and our crowd, and we can not wait to see you now on the last Wednesday of every month (as well as the first Friday 😉)
