Ｋｏｎｎｉｃｈｉｗａ　ｍｉｎａｓａｎ!

On Thursday 31 October we’re having a special Halloween-themed class. We shall transport you to another realm of ghouls 🧟 and hungry ghosts 👻. 

We’ll kick off with some street umpo-ho in footwear; heels, boots or flip-flops are all 🆗. wheel then learn some techniques to fight back against marauding reapers 💀, werewolf ambushes 🐺 and clowns in closets 🤡.

Our ‘Training Special -Halloween’ class is a great way to get back to training. We will start with stretches and a warm-up, learn some self-defence techniques . This class is suitable for everyone and beginners are always welcome!

Camden Shorinji Kempo is a modern Japanese martial art based in Holborn.
