Mindful Doodling for Queer Carers (online)
Mindful Doodling for Queer Carers (online)
November 21 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm GMT
In this relaxing space, we will explore two different doodling techniques based on mindfulness and art therapy.
You don’t have to consider yourself an artist; you only need to be willing to give it a go!
Creative facilitator Jules McGee-Russell (they/them), will lead us through beginner friendly and easily accessible supportive doodling methods for carers with busy lives. There will be two different styles of doodle drawing, and time to chat and connect with other carers.
For this online workshop, please bring your own materials. You can use any art materials you prefer, whether they are paints, pastels, pencils, or just a biro and paper.
This space is for LGBTQ+ people who have provided care for loved ones, whether currently or in the past.
