•⁠  ⁠⁠All fireworks purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 
•⁠  ⁠⁠fireworks can only be sold to individuals over 18 and your physical ID will be checked upon transfer.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Buyers must follow all safety guidelines provided with the fireworks, including instructions for use, storage, and disposal.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Fireworks should not be used indoors or within university premises, except in designated areas which are EXCLUSIVELY Kelvingrove Park and Kent Park.
•⁠  ⁠⁠The university and the society are not liable for any penalties or actions taken by local authorities due to unauthorized use.
•⁠  ⁠⁠By purchasing, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the safe handling and use of the fireworks.
•⁠  ⁠⁠The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the society, its members, and the university from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of the purchased fireworks.
