Breath work, Movement and Meditation with T

The Power of ShakTi… 

To improve and balance our physical, mental, emotional health and wellbeing through breath work, movement and meditation.

Heated flooring during the winter months.

All levels, abilities and bodies are welcome! This is a safe and sacred space with no judgement. 

Come and join me EVERY Monday 18:30-19:30 for an hour just for you. 
Bringing attention to yourself and focusing on your awareness, to encourage the flow of energy back into your body and to bring your power back! 
 

What to bring:

  • Come with an open mind!
  • Mats are provided but bring one if you have one
  • A drink
  • Come in comfy clothes, bring jumpers, socks, a blanket, cushions etc anything that you would like for shavasana (laying down relaxation) and meditation at the end
  • Any props if you would like e.g straps, blocks, bolsters, eye masks etc
