Step into the vibrant world of LGBTQ+ cinema with our Queer Film Club, specially curated for queer migrants and queer people of colour and hosted by Krzysztof Dubicki, a Polish queer film expert. Discover powerful, independent, queer films from across the globe, each thoughtfully selected to celebrate diverse voices and stories, as Krzysztof guides us through an evening of cinematic exploration. With his background in film and screen media studies, along with his role as an assistant to the London Independent Film Festival, Krzysztof is always up to date with the newest film premieres, ensuring an enriching and engaging experience for all attendees.

Flee (2021) tells the story of Amin Nawabi as he grapples with a painful secret he has kept hidden for 20 years, one that threatens to derail the life he has built for himself and his soon to be husband. Recounted mostly through animation to director Jonas Poher Rasmussen, he tells for the first time the story of his extraordinary journey as a child refugee from Afghanistan.
