Join our exclusive script workshop! 

We workshop three pieces of new writing. Writers get to hear their work read aloud, directors have a chance to direct actors using new material and actors practice cold reading – think of it as an industry gym! A great way to keep creatively fit!

We select three talented writers to workshop their scripts, choosing 15 pages from either a full-length short film or a larger project. Writers are paired with up-and-coming directors who receive the script a week before the rehearsal. On workshop day, each team will have 1hour to rehearse with a group of actors, followed by a performance and class feedback. This immersive experience helps writers refine their scripts, gives directors valuable practice directing actors and collaborating with new writers, and provides actors with opportunities to meet new directors, practice cold reading, and receive direction.
